Exercise in your office or other work area



To again be fresh and eager to work, take yourself a little break and come back fresh energy doing some exercises at the workplace.

At the beginning of each exercise prepare the body by heating, for example, running in place for 5 minutes.

Use every opportunity to stretching and burning calories. While You are on the phone stand and talk while walking around the office.

Raise your legs in higher position every 5 minutes, in order to encourage blood circulation and prevent varicose veins and leg swelling.

Extension arm:

Stand up and stretch out one hand as if you want something to reach for. Do the same with the other hand. Then, Twist your fingers and stretch the most you can so that you feel tightening muscles of the spine.

Exercise for stretching the whole body:

Stand next to the desk,  wide  up legs to be in the same width as shoulders. Lift Your arms  high in the air and bend at the waist until your palms lean on the table.

The next exercise:

Stand in front of chair standing on the heel of one foot resting on the seat of the chair and the other foot firmly on the floor. Tighten your knee, raise legs and hold in that position for a few seconds and repeat the exercise with the other leg.

For tired backs:

Today, much time is spent at the computer, which creates fatigue in his back. While sitting in a chair with his back to correct his chair, feet slightly apart on the floor and extend your arms in front of you. I bend down to touch the palms. Stay in this position for a few seconds and then the body back to the starting position.

Repeat the exercise as many times as you want, or you can work for. During exercise it is important to breathing through the nose and exhaling through your mouth. Exercises are performed slowly making a pause between them and inhaling deeply. Best exercises to do next to an open window for the oxygen that facilitates training and provides flight.
