Tips for healthy weight loss

In accordance with the metabolic needs of our body and, as well as for the proper secretion of hormones and the stimulation of the enzyme for the breaking down fat, breakfast must not be skipped .Best time for breakfast is between 8 and 9 o’clock in the morning. In this way, the body begins proper consumption of fat reserves in the body, and with this morning stimulation spending of fat in the body takes place throughout the day. If you skip breakfast or the first meal postpone until the afternoon hours, the body creates a defense mechanism, and then the fat, instead of being exploited as a major source of energy for all organs (heart, lungs, brain, muscles …), deposit, settle and preserve for „a rainy day“. Have dinner at least 2 to 3 hours before going to bed. Dinner shouldn’t consist of greasy food which is difficult to digest. Try to have fruit, fish or a salad for dinner.

You should consider yourself lucky if fan of sweets, but … most of love to have something sweet after meal. If you have a „sweet tooth“ or just cannot resist sweets, eat them in the afternoon (between 4pm and 7pm). Although daily consumption of sweets it is not recommended , in this period the simple sugars are exploited in the best way and have less influence on the formation of fat deposits.

Pay attention and reduce your intake of alcohol, soft drinks and artificially sweetened soft drinks. Squeeze fresh fruits, natural juices, herbal teas. The best would be to consume plenty of water.

It is recommended that during the day you have several smaller instead of 2 or 3 large meals.
